2. Paid Services
Paid service fees, inclusions, timelines, and deliverables will be communicated before service activation. By making payment, you confirm that you understand the selected service scope and this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
3. Cancellation Before Work Starts
If you request cancellation before any consultation, profile review, match research, bio-data support, introduction coordination, or other service work has started, Jodisure may review the request for a refund, subject to deductions for payment gateway charges, administrative costs, or any work already scheduled.
4. No Refund After Service Work Begins
Once service work has started, including profile understanding, preference mapping, shortlisting, protected sharing setup, introductions, communication support, or advisory work, fees are generally non-refundable.
5. No Outcome Guarantee
Matchmaking depends on preferences, availability, acceptance, family decisions, and mutual interest. Refunds are not provided because a match, response, engagement, marriage, or specific outcome is not achieved.
6. Duplicate Or Incorrect Payments
If a duplicate payment or incorrect charge is identified, contact us with proof of payment. Valid duplicate or incorrect payments may be refunded to the original payment method after verification.
7. How To Request A Refund Review
Refund review requests must be sent to admin@jodisure.com with your name, phone number, payment details, service selected, and reason for the request. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within a reasonable time through the original or mutually agreed payment method.
